Wanda worked tirelessly and at times going above and beyond my expectations in trying to get our duplex sold.  She always kept us informed as to any situations she ran into which required additional work on the duplex to meet certain qualifications of the inspectors.  In keeping track of the work-in-progress of the duplex, she always knew who to call and get them on the job quickly.

We found Wanda to be very knowledgeable of the real estate business, very professional and attentive to detail.  Dependability is very important to us.  When she said something would be accomplished by a certain time, it was.  If she was to take care of something immediately, she did.  She kept her word.  Wanda was always available with quick responses to any of our questions or concerns.

Wanda was always a great support and accomplished everything with a noticeable degree of integrity and competency that is difficult to find these days.  Due to the level of excellence, she portrayed all through this process, I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone who needs their property sold in a timely manner.  I find it hard to imagine someone else doing a better job than her.
